The purchase and/or display of our logo merchandise does not, under any
circumstance, authorize the wearer or bearer to identify themselves as a sworn member of
the New Jersey State Police. UNDER PENALTY OF LAW!

All sales are final and no returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted due to the excessive costs of shipping and restocking. TB&G reserves the right to substitute similar weight items/styles/logos to fulfill orders. The colors and logo perspectives you see on our website can vary in person due to the color and scale variations of each computer and monitor screen. We have no liability if colors or logo perspectives of the products do not exactly match their display on the website.

SHIPPING: Flat Rate $9.95 Priority Shipping available for orders of $100 or more. All shipping charges include handling charges and orders of $200 or more usually require a delivery signature due to the risk of package theft.

ORDERS/DELIVERY/ADDRESS: Providing an incorrect or insufficient address when placing an order that causes the purchase of a shipping label or a package to be returned to us will result in the necessity of a second shipping charge to reship the order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and orders cancelled after shipping will not be refunded the shipping costs. The return of a cancelled order that has shipped is the responsibility of the the customer. Please confirm all delivery addresses when entering and be aware of your device's Autofill feature. Delivery addresses are also listed in the subsequent order confirmation notification for further verification by the customer. TB&G does not input or edit any address information unless requested by the customer. Retrieval of orders shipped to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer and at the expense of the customer.
